Replacing the now obsolete end-of-life (EOL) SCD42, developers can benefit from enhanced specifications, improved performance, and ease of integration offering greater flexibility for precision environmental monitoring design applications.
Sensirion’s SCD40 has received several new feature upgrades to enhance its performance and convenience offering precise CO2 measurements with an accuracy of ±(30 ppm + 3% of reading), whereas the SCD41 provides accuracy of ±(20 ppm + 5% of reading). Moreover, the SCD41 features an extended measurement range of up to 40,000 parts per million (ppm) of CO2, while the SCD40 has a range of up to 10,000 ppm.
