PVA, a global expert in dispensing, coating and custom automation, will exhibit at the ASSEMBLY Show, scheduled to take place October 23-25, 2018 at the Donald Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL. The company will showcase its Delta 8 selective coating/dispensing system with special options, 5-gallon pump and 55-gallon drum pumps that are used for high flow industrial dispensing, as well as some of its manual handheld systems.
The Delta 8 will be shown with the PC200R-SS Two Component Mixing Valve for fluid dispensing. The PC200R-SS is ideal for any two-component bead, dot, potting or encapsulation projects. It can be integrated with a PVA automated meter mix process or used in handheld operation. The PC200R-SS is compatible with standard bell inlet disposable static mixers.
The Delta 8 also will be shown with the patented 4th axis for conformal coating. The optional servo-controlled four-axis motion features valve tilt and rotation. Improved structural and gantry rigidity have been added for robustness and easier access. Delta 8 has a maximum acceleration of 0.5g and a footprint 1046 x 1270 mm x 2350.9 mm (41.18″ x 50.0″ x 92.56″).
