Michael Jeske (53) joins the Kontron Transportation Group as new Managing Director on July 01, 2024.
Michael Jeske takes over the position of Managing Director of Kontron Transportation from July 01 2024. Together with Richard Neussl he will head the Kontron Transportation group and will take over the responsibility for the finance and fulfillment departments.
Michael Jeske is a top manager with many years of management expertise in the IT industry with a focus on development, production and quality assurance. He worked with Kontron AG since 2009 in several top management positions in the areas of development and operations, most recently as Vice President Operations.
Michael Jeske has had a great passion for Railways as the most efficient form of travel. “I myself am our customers’ best customer. Every year I travel around 45,000 kilometers on public transport. I was delighted to be offered the opportunity to join the management team at Kontron Transportation. I am starting my new role with a great passion for railways, enthusiasm for technology and enjoyment of teamwork and look forward to working with my highly valued colleague on the management board Richard Neussl, the employees of Kontron Transportation and our customers and business partners”, says Michael Jeske.
Michael Jeske lives with his wife and his three youngest children in Austria in the countryside. In his free time, he draws energy from his family and his hobbies of cycling, hiking and photography.
