The CXR-STA4919 voltage regulator generates any regulated voltage between 3.3V and 28V from an input of 4.5V-35V, features a built-in current limiter and thermal protection, and comes in an ultraminiature PSOIC8 package. The CXT-741Gxx logic gates are low-power devices enabling 13 logic functions and come in a small SOT-23-6 package. All CXT components are rated for operation between -55°C and +175°C, beyond the requirements of AEC-Q100 Grade 0 standard.
