Osram’s OSLON® Square LEDs Now Available from Rutronik, Inc.

An ultra-compact, high-power LED for high-density solid state lighting arrays, the Osram OSLON® Square family of LEDs offer high reliability, superior robustness, long life, and low thermal resistance

Rutronik, Inc., a leading global broad-line stocking distributor of a comprehensive range of electronic components, semiconductors, and products and technology solutions for IoT and embedded systems, has announced the availability of Osram’s OSLON® Square Series LEDs, a family of compact high-power LEDs that deliver superior performance in a wide range of high-density lighting applications.

Designed for both indoor and outdoor general lighting applications, the OSLON Square LEDs feature an ultra-compact 3mm x 3mm (3030) package, with a range of color temperatures (CCT) from 2700K – 6500K , and a color rendering index (CRI) of 70, 80, or 90. The LEDs are binned by key parameters at 85°C, which more closely matches real-world application conditions. For horticultural lighting applications, the OSLON Square LEDs are available in deep blue (439 – 461nm) and hyper-red (635 – 666nm) wavelengths.

“The OSLON Square LEDs provide superior performance combined with long lifetimes and excellent thermal performance, making them an ideal choice for both indoor and outdoor lighting applications,” said Mary Ellen Bauchman, Director Product Marketing North America, Rutronik.
